With the “coronavirus scare” affecting everyone, the question on the show today is “how do you get to a less anxious place in your life”? Chris and I explore the “law of attraction” that states we attract into our lives wherever we place our focus. At this particular moment, the news and social media is concentrated on the terror this virus is creating worldwide so our focus is naturally becoming more and more fear based.
One of the more interesting features about the law of attraction is whether our personal vibration is low or high. We tend to draw to us magnetically things that are vibrating on the same frequencies. This means we are essentially reflecting our own internal state.
If our underlying vibration is more fear based than “positive”, it’s likely we will attract and see confirmations around us that life isn’t “good”. Chris and I discuss ways to get a better grip on our current fears so we can begin reshaping the outcome into a more positive conclusion for all of us.
Just as your underlying vibration attracts things vibrating on the same energetic frequency, the things you focus on are the things you’re most likely to get. Some people claim to be constantly focusing on what they want (e.g. financial abundance). However, if they’re not receiving it then they’re most likely focusing on the wrong aspect of what they want.
