Understanding the Vibrational Frequencies in Our Body

Nicola Tesla once said “If you want to find the secret of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequencies and vibrations”.

Before the invention of the microscope, people would have labeled you “crazy” if you told them that “small creatures crawled around on your skin”.  The reason …people couldn’t “see” them!  Today we don’t question the fact we can talk to someone on the other side of the world without a wire or that we can “surf” something called the Internet and find information for virtually anything.

Science has discovered all matter has a “vibrational frequency” and this includes both animate and inanimate objects.  The difference is they either vibrate slowly or faster depending on what it is.  Even Albert Einstein said “everything vibrates at different speeds”.  Quantum Physics was created to study the “smaller” particles in the Universe and their patterns which are called “quarks”.  These are the electromagnetic “strings” and they actually obey your thoughts.  This is how the “law of attraction” works.

It only takes 17 seconds for your thoughts to have the power to create!  As a result, it is very important to be aware of your thoughts.  The feelings your thoughts generate travel to one of your chakra centers depending upon the thoughts you are having.  Since this chakra will also have certain organs in it, the health of those organs is dependent upon your maintaining a more positive attitude about life.

Raising your “vibrational” levels is not difficult but it does require you to be aware of your thoughts and behaviors.  Here are just a few ideas for changing your vibrational frequency for the better.

  1. Becoming more conscious of your thoughts
  2. Finding something beautiful in your life
  3. Being aware of the types of food you are eating
  4. Drinking more water
  5. Meditating
  6. Practicing gratitude
  7. Exercising
