Taking Responsibility For Your Health with Paul Levin

Most of us never think about our health on a regular basis unless we develop symptoms that cause some concern.  However, when we become proactive, we are able to prevent many of these health problems before they become visible.  Chronic conditions progress slowly over time and Paul’s advice on today’s program is to be pro-active.  Don’t wait until there is an actual diagnosis!  Here are a few ways you can take more responsibility for your health:

  • Eat a healthier diet and exercise
  • Get an annual physical, dental and vision check-up. We often take better care of our car than our bodies and yet our cars aren’t usually driven for 80 or more years.
  • Do early detection screenings especially if you have a family history of health problems

Listening to Paul’s show may help you become aware of the ways you can improve your life by taking charge of your health.
