How To Develop Resilience And Heart Coherence with Tara Patricia

The dictionary defines resilience as “the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties” and when we have heart coherence, it means the rhythm of our heart and breath form a smooth, harmonious wave.  This generally happens when we focus on emotions such as joy, gratitude, and love.  Tara helps us understand how she was able to accomplish both abilities when she experienced a difficult time in her own life.

Entering “heart coherence” is described as being in a state of flow.  Here the heart, mind and body become one and we feel totally connected with ourselves as well as others.  When a person achieves this emotional, mental and physical state, you can cope with stress and difficulties that might otherwise seem insurmountable.

When a person learns to automatically enter heart coherence at the onset of a stressful situation, they will be able to stay in a healthier state of being.  This condition then allows for resilience to occur because we know our body, mind, spirit and emotions will respond in an optimal and healthy way to the challenge that lies ahead.

I know you will love what Tara shares about her personal journey back to health and the information you’ll find in her upcoming book.
